Wet lattice type ball mill relies on the discharge lattice to force the ore to be discharged. If multi-stage grinding is used, it is generally used in the first stage grinding.
Wet overflow type ball mill relies on the self-flow of pulp to discharge the ore. It is commonly used for grinding ores with fine particle size requirements.If multi-stage grinding is used,it is generally used in the second and third stage.
01Loading:Material and water flow into the cylinder from the feed inlet.
02Grinding:As the cylinder rotates, the steel balls and material are lifted to a certain height by centrifugal force and then fall, crushing the material through impact and grinding.
Suitable for materials that need to be mixed with water.
The discharge particle size can be adjusted through the lattice plate or overflow port.
Simple structure, stable operation and low energy consumption.
Suitable for fine grinding of various ores and materials.
