Tyre Mobile Jaw Crushing Station

Working Principle

Tyre Mobile Jaw Crushing Station

01 Feeding system: Materials are fed into the vibrating feeder via a loader or excavator, where they are preliminarily screened to remove soil and fine particles.

02 Crushing process: Materials enter the jaw crusher, where they are crushed through the squeezing action of the movable jaw and fixed jaw.

03 Size-classified Output: The crushed material is discharged via the main belt conveyor. Some models are equipped with screening devices to achieve size-classified output (e.g., 0-30 mm, 30-60 mm, etc.)

04 Mobility: The system uses a tire-mounted travel mechanism, enabling it to be towed by a tractor or move short distances independently, adapting to various job site requirements.
