The three cylinder dryer is primarily used for drying granular materials within a certain moisture range. After drying, the moisture content of the material is reduced to 0.5-1%.
It is a highly efficient and energy-saving drying equipment,which adopts a three-layer cylinder structure and provides higher thermal efficiency and lower energy consumption.
01Three-layer cylinder structure:Material enters from the inner cylinder, passes through the middle cylinder, and finally exits from the outer cylinder.
02Hot air circulation: Hot air enters the inner cylinder from the hot air furnace, exchanges heat with the material, and then passes through the middle and outer cylinders, forming multiple heat exchanges to fully utilize thermal energy.
03Material lifting device: Each cylinder is equipped with lifting plates that continuously lift and scatter the material.
The three-layer cylinder structure makes the hot air and the material exchange heat many times.
Compact structure, compared with the single-cylinder dryer,it covers an area of about 50% less.
The final moisture content of materials can be controlled by adjusting the hot air temperature, cylinder speed and inclination angle.
It can dry various materials such as ore, slag, coal, clay and so on.
1. Mining industry: used for drying iron ore, copper ore, gold ore etc.
2. Metallurgical industry: used for drying slag, tailings, coal mine etc.
3. Building materials industry: used for drying limestone, clay, gypsum etc.
4. Chemical industry: used for drying chemical raw materials, fertilizers etc.
