The thickener realizes solid-liquid separation through gravity settling, mainly used to increase the pulp concentration or clarify the liquid.
It is mainly composed of circular thickener and rake scraper, which is widely used in large-scale ore beneficiation plant and sewage treatment plant.
It can quickly settle the solid particles to the bottom and significantly increase the pulp concentration.
Simple structure, easy to operate and maintain.
It can effectively separate solid particles and liquid, producing clear supernatant liquid.
The rotating speed of rake frame and feed speed can be adjusted to meet different separation requirements.
The tank body and rake frame are made of wear-resistant materials, with long service life, suitable for processing high hardness minerals.
