Working Principle

Rotary Drum Dryer

01Rotating drum: Material enters from the higher end and gradually moves toward the lower end as the drum rotates.

02Hot air system: A hot air furnace or burner generates high-temperature hot air, removing moisture from the material.

03Lifting device: It increases the contact area between the material and the hot air, thereby improving drying efficiency.

04Moisture removal system: Moisture is expelled through an exhaust fan, and the dried material is discharged from the lower end.
