Mesh belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment, the main heating methods are electric heating, steam heating, hot air heating.
It transmits materials through mesh belt and uses hot air to dry the materials, which is suitable for drying and processing of granular, flaky, strip and filter cake materials.
01Material conveying: The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt, which is driven by a transmission device and moves slowly.
02Hot air circulation: Hot air passes through the mesh belt and material layer and carries away the moisture from the material.
03Multi-layer drying:The mesh belt is usually divided into multiple layers.The material gradually moves from the upper layer to the lower layer, achieving multiple stages of drying.
It can realize continuous feeding and discharging of materials, suitable for large-scale production.
The hot air passes through the material layer uniformly to ensure uniform drying of the material.
It is suitable for materials of various shapes and characteristics, such as granules, flakes, strips, etc.
Hot air recycling, low energy consumption, in line with environmental requirements.
