01Filtration: the disc is immersed in the pulp, and the vacuum system creates a negative pressure inside the disc. The liquid passes through the filter cloth into the disc, while the solid particles are retained on the surface of the filter cloth.
02Dewatering: as the disc rotates above the pulp level, the vacuum continues to act, further removing moisture from the filter cake.
03Discharge: the filter cake rotates with the disc to the discharge zone, where it is peeled off the filter cloth by a scraper or air blow device.
01Feeding and filtration: the pulp is pumped into the filter chamber, where the liquid passes through the filter cloth, and the solid particles are retained in the chamber.
02Pressing and dewatering: after feeding, the hydraulic system applies additional pressure to squeeze the filter cake through the pressing plate or diaphragm, further dewatering it.
03Discharge: after pressing, the hydraulic system releases the filter plates, which are then pulled apart, allowing the filter cake to fall off the filter cloth.

It can realize automatic pressing, feeding, filtering, discharging and cleaning.
Capable of processing a large amount of materials, suitable for large-scale production requirements.
Applicable to a various materials,able to process materials of different concentrations and particle sizes.
Low energy consumption, and the filtrate can be recycled to reduce wastewater discharge.
