The tracke-mounted mobile cone crushing station is an integrated self-propelled mobile crushing station that combines feeding, medium and fine crushing, screening, and conveying. It features a tracked chassis and a hydraulic cone crusher as its core components, specifically designed for secondary or tertiary crushing of medium to high-hardness materials.
Typical applications include aggregate production (5-40mm finished product), secondary crushing in mining operations, and fine crushing for construction waste recycling.
The cone crusher achieves efficient crushing through particle-to-particle compression, resulting in uniform product particle size (high cube content) and needle and flake content <10%.
Additionally, the discharge opening can be hydraulically adjusted.
