Working Principle

Box Crusher

01 The material enters into the crushing chamber from the feeding inlet.

02 Impact Crushing: The high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer head to impact the material, which is thrown against the liner plate for further crushing.

03 Repeated Crushing: The material is crushed by repeated impacts between the hammer head and the liner plate.

04Screening: The crushed material is discharged through the screen plate, and the material that dose not meet the size requirement continues to be crushed.

05Discharge: Material that meets the size requirement is discharged from the bottom.
